Payment. Please understand that places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and that a 25% deposit must accompany this order to secure a place. The balance is to be paid 2 weeks before the start date. We are able to accept Cash, Cheque or Bank transfer. Claques must be made payable to Adrian Rivett and made out in GB pounds sterling. All amounts stated include where necessary VAT, please ask if you require a VAT invoice.
Cancellation. In the event of cancellation our (Safeena Sailing) liability shall be limited to fees paid only.
A booking deposit MAY be refunded when a place can be reallocated
All individuals should arrange personal insurance, as we cannot accept liability for any loss however caused.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure maximum safety levels, all participants must understand that sailing exposes them to some risks and dangers and they must comply with instructions given be the Skipper e.g. when life jackets or harnesses are to be worn & act responsibly
